About Me

As an aspiring software developer, I am always intrigued and inspired by a famous quote by Linus Torvalds which says ‘Talk is cheap. Show me the code’.

I believe that my true productivity and progress is based on the speed and quality with which I can write a code. To me ‘coding is thinking’ and it fascinates me to notice how much more work goes into implementation as compared to the conceptual simplicity of the design. I am deeply impressed when I see smart and beautiful code that does something I know is hard to accomplish. I love to code because it is a usable art -you can create something with which people can interact, use, touch and work. That is an amazing feeling!

I am excited about coding world, code testing and game development. I love spending my time reading and learning about better practices, superior tools, proven methodologies and techniques within the software development community. In my spare time, I enjoy texts on Astrophysics, quantum physics, and scientific advances.

I am an open networker and would love to connect to discuss ideas about coding, game development, programming and virtually everything that comes with it. Please feel free to write to me at nagpal.piyush@gmail.com
